Pelsis Group’s Welsh manufacturing operation has been awarded three International Organisation Standardisation (ISO) certificates.
The Pelsis Pontypridd/Newport team was awarded the ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 certificates following a period of audit preparation and external examination.
ISO certifications are an independent approval from a third-party body certifying that a company runs to one of the international standards developed and published by the ISO.
Alex Ashmore, chief executive at Pelsis Group, said: “We are delighted to have secured the three ISO certificates for manufacturing operations in Wales following a rigorous evaluation of our processes and procedures.
“Continuous improvement is one of our core company values. We look forward to adding these certificates and more, to our existing ISO accreditation for Pelsis sites in Dudley in the UK, France, India, and North America.”
