PestWorld in New Orleans has proved to be a fantastic show, and a great opportunity to introduce our North American sales and support team to the US market, as well as a number of visitors from further afield. Easy to recognise with the distinctive P+L Systems stand, the Group showcased their two leading pest control brands, Network, the leading bird control brand, and Synergetic, the Group’s North American flying insect control brand. As ever, the Aura decorative flykiller with its unique circular styling and 360º light output has been a popular exhibit, bringing something completely new to the US marketplace, along with the innovative Edge and Allure which caused a stir at last year’s show. As well as product displays, the show was also a great opportunity to give customers a greater insight into the benefits of the two brands, with the technical team on hand to tell customers about Synergetic ‘green’ tubes, as well as advice on bird control installation and product queries, helping our customers get the best out of all our products and reducing service and installation times. The response to the P+L Systems presence was summed-up by Chris Bowley, territory manager for P+L Systems North America and based in Washington, NJ, who said: “We are incredibly impressed with the number of pest management professionals who have visited the booth. They were intrigued by our new product line – Aura, Halo, Edge and Allure – which we had on display and which will be available in November. “PestWorld was a great opportunity to introduce not only the P+L Systems company, but also our products, to the pest control market as we are now marketing directly into North America for the first time in many years,” concludes Chris.
