Rentokil North America has announced that it acquired eight companies in the United States in the fourth quarter, which has significantly expanded its footprint throughout more than 15 states.
John Myers, president and chief executive of Rentokil North America, said: “The Rentokil family continues to grow with the acquisition of these strong companies. We are proud to add to our legacy of protecting people and enhancing lives, and adding to our valuable employee base and customer service areas.”
The recent acquisitions add more than 900 staff to the business. Last week, Rentokil announced the acquisition of Environmental Pest Service, the parent company of Bug Out and Arrow Environmental Services.
