    Trade marks for pest management companies

    In a new British Pest Control Association video, guest speaker Tania Clark from the Chartered Institute of Trade Mark Attorneys, explains what a trade mark is and askes Do you need to register your company or brand?

    BPCA said the video is designed for business owners and senior managers.

    In the video, Ms Clark explains what can be trade-marked and what the difference is between a trade mark and copyright. She also details what are your legal rights with and without a trade mark and the role of a trade mark attorney and whether you need to work with one.
