Javelin Services, a privately-owned business that introduced British standards of pest control to Myanmar three years ago and now has over 125 employees, is looking to recruit an operations manager.

The company is looking for an ambitious highly motivated individual with pest control experience to manage or train to manage its day-to-day business operations and oversee the management of key account clients covering all common pests. The successful candidate will be based in Yangon, Myanmar.

Working with Client Relationship Managers, the successful applicant will be required to produce high quality audit level reports, populated with text, graphics and analytics and presenting these reports in a clear and lucid way to clients.

The role will also include working with quality control to ensure a high level of on-site performance; and also working with specialists and the company’s in-house entomologist to resolve any issues arising.

Javelin said that applicant should have a minimum of three years’ experience with a pest control company; hold RSPH Level 2 or above; and be familiar with HACCP / AIB / IS022000 / ISO9001 requirements and standards.

Remuneration will be based on experience and will also include a housing allowance.

If you are interested, or know of anyone who may be interested in applying for this role, please send your CV to Javelin director Jack Arkwright on [email protected].
