Dealey Environmental has acquired the commercial assets of MIDS Pest Control, an established Hertfordshire-based business.

Martin Cobbald, managing director of Dealey Environmental, said: “Broadening the reach of our environmentally responsible approach continues to be a goal of ours, and we hope to make similar acquisitions to further spread the cause in the very near future.

“We have been very lucky to have been working with Steve Middleton on the handover of assets.”

With the transfer well underway, Mr Cobbald said there will be minimal disruption to clients, only a new set of faces to introduce.
