Dealey Environmental has announced the promotion of Stefanie Inger to the position of managing director. Ms Inger steps into this role following the transition of Martin Cobbald, who has taken on the mantle of chief executive.

Ms Inger, who has been with the company for five years as head of finance, brings a wealth of experience and leadership expertise to her new role. As managing director, she will focus on driving operational excellence, expanding the company’s reach, and fostering innovation across all service areas.

Mr Cobbald, who has served as managing director since 2010, will now focus on the company’s long-term strategy and vision as chief executive, ensuring Dealey Environmental remains at the forefront of the industry.

Ms Inger said: “It is an honour to take on the role of managing director at such an exciting time for Dealey Environmental. Over the years, I have seen the incredible dedication of our team and the trust our clients place in us.

“As we look to the future, we are committed to maintaining the highest levels of professionalism while pursuing ambitious growth. I am thrilled to lead this talented team as we build on the legacy of the past 75 years.”

Mr Cobbald added: “Passing the baton to Stefanie is a proud moment for me and a pivotal one for Dealey Environmental. Her passion and expertise make her the ideal person to guide the company into its next chapter.

“As chief executive, I am excited to work alongside Stefanie to explore new opportunities for growth. The future has never looked brighter for Dealey Environmental.”
