The British Pest Control Association has announced that it will hold a free webinar on Monday, June 1, entitled Survive and thrive: Preparing for the post-COVID-19 world.
Unlike other webinars, this session is only free for BPCA members. Questions can be asked using the Q&A function and will be answered by the host throughout the live webinar.
The webinar will be delivered by Rob Hall from Action Coach, who has many years’ experience of delivering support to members of trade associations. He will be assisted on the webinar by Roger Pemberton, who has experience of coaching within the pest control sector.
Topics covered in the webinar will include:
- Positive communication as leaders;
- Marketing changes to your business model;
- Sales with compassion;
- Getting the most out of your people; and
- Cashflow management.
Non-BPCA members can join the webinar for £120 (+VAT). BPCA Registered members will accrue one CPD point, as will members of BASIS PROMPT.
