Terminix Global Holdings has announced the acquisition of the pest control division of Canada-based Citron Hygiene.
The staff and assets included in the acquisition span across four Canadian provinces, the United Kingdom and Boston, Massachusetts.
Doug Hart, vice president of international operations at Terminix, said this acquisition will bring about 65 new staff to Terminix, adding geographic density in the Canadian pest control market, and making Terminix Canada the third largest pest management company in the country.
Mr Hart said: “We are thrilled that the amazing team from Citron is joining Terminix.
